APEX (ANJ Potential Talent for Excellence) & FGP (Fresh Graduate Placement) Program

In accordance with this, ANJ has designed a talent development program through the APEX (ANJ Potential Talent for Excellence) & FGP (Fresh Graduate Placement) programs.

APEX and FGP are education, training, and development programs that prepare the best talents with the comprehensive skills, competencies, and leadership character needed for careers in the plantation industry. During the program, APEX and FGP graduates are placed in positions relevant to their educational background, abilities, and objective evaluation.

REQUIREMENTS

- Maximum age 24 years per 1st May, 2025 with 4 Years Diploma (D4) / Bachelor Degree (S1) from the following majors:

APEX      : Agriculture / Plantation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering

FGP        : Law, Accounting, Agribusiness, Geography / Geographic Information System, Geodesy Engineering, Logistics Engineering/Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering

- Minimum GPA  3.00 out of 4.00 scale

- Not married & willing to postpone marriage until the program is completed for 6 months

- Willing to undergo service bonds that are determined by the company

- Have high integrity, dynamic, high initiative, and able to work in teams
