Finance & Treasury Assistant Manager

Location : Jakarta | Closing Date : 31 March 2024

Job Responsibilities :

  • Planning, or process timely and valid payments to suppliers or reimbursement to employees
  • Record payment or bank receipt transactions into the accounting system.
  • Provide administrative support, such as maintain filing system for all financial documents
  • Monitor and liason with bank for loan fulfilment (administration, quarterly progress report & covenants, etc), include maintain relationship with banks
  • Monthly cashflow planning
  • Review capital injection & cash needs of subsidiaries
  • Forex transaction & dealing
  • Perform monthly reporting for loan, bank balance

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university (GPA minimum 3.00)
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in related field.
  • Have experiences in dealing with bank (loan and its requirement, forex dealing)
  • Well understanding in finance treasury, cash flow, cash management and analyzing financial statements.
  • Preferably experience in SAP software and Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong analysis, high motivation, and high integrity.
  • Well manage in under pressure conditions.
  • Good in English (verbal and written)
