Procurement Staff

Job Responsibilities :
- Tendering organized starting from the preparation of RFQ, screening vendor, tender result and final negotiation
- Planning regular purchases per period to obtain competitive price and the timely receipt
- Analyzing needs and product requirements from end user
- Located vendors of materials, equipment or supplies and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales
- To manage schedule of goods delivery from vendor and/or warehouse to each estate
- Ensure the specification, quality and quantity of received goods are equal with the same as those requested and ordered
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience in Procurement and Logistic
- Understand purchasing procedure by tender and ERP System
- Familiar with export and import procedure
