We have a policy about communication with shareholders or investors that aims to regulate communication procedures, including providing information to shareholders and/or investors. which may help them make sound investment decisions and oversee our governance. It focuses on providing transparent and fair disclosure of information and equal treatment of shareholders or investors by upholding the integrity, timeliness, and relevance of the information we provide.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS)	No later than six months after the last financial year Next AGMS is expected to be held on June 7, 2023
Public Expose	Once a year on the same day as the AGMS Next Public Expose is expected to be held on June 7, 2023
Annual Report & Sustainability Report	No later than April 30 of the following year
Annual Financial Report (Audited)	No later than March 31 of the following year
Quarterly Financial Report	No later than one month after quarter end of the calendar year
