SUPPORTED BY ESG PERFORMANCE, ANJ TARGETS A CPO PRODUCTION INCREASE OF 15%

Jakarta – PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJ) closed 2021 with positive performance achievements and won awards in the environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) fields. Two of ANJ's subsidiaries, PT Sahabat Mewah dan Makmur (SMM) and PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri (ANJA), won the PROPER Emas award from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK). ANJ has also received recognition from several ESG and openness performance appraisal bodies at the global level.

PPM AND PMP OBTAINED ISPO CERTIFICATION

Sorong – Following the RSPO certification obtained by PT Permata Putera Mandiri (PPM) and PT Putera Manunggal Perkasa (PMP), both subsidiaries of PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk. (ANJ) also succeeded in obtaining ISPO certification. Certifications were issued on 3 December 2021 for PPM and 16 December 2021 for PMP, and valid for five years. The certification assessment was carried out by PT Mutuagung Lestari, an independent and accredited institution.

STRENGTHENING THE EXISTENCE OF SUSTAINABLE PALM OIL, TWO ANJ SUBSIDIARIES IN PAPUA ACHIEVED RSPO CERTIFICATION

Sorong – Currently, palm oil is the largest sustainable vegetable oil in the world. Indonesia, the largest palm oil-producing country, continues boosting palm oil to meet global needs. Meanwhile, a few national palm oil producers have positively recognized the global demands for sustainable palm oil, such as that carried out by the ANJ Group.

Jakarta – PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJ) kembali menorehkan prestasi membanggakan di pengujung 2021. Melalui dua anak perusahaannya, PT Sahabat Mewah dan Makmur (SMM) dan PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri (ANJA) berhasil mendapat penghargaan Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan (PROPER) Emas dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK).

ANJ RAIH TINGKAT LEADERSHIP KATEGORI HUTAN DALAM PENILAIAN CDP

Jakarta – PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJ) berhasil menembus tingkat leadership dalam penilaian Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) yang diumumkan di awal Desember lalu. ANJ memperoleh nilai A- untuk kategori Hutan pada unit bisnis kelapa sawit, suatu peningkatan dari skor B- pada tahun 2020. Tahun ini untuk pertama kali ANJ juga memperoleh nilai B untuk unit bisnis edamame di kategori Hutan. Di samping itu, ANJ juga memperolah nilai B untuk kategori Air. Capaian ini menunjukkan komitmen kuat ANJ dalam menjalankan bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan dalam mengelola aspek ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
