Our OHS Program

We have established, implemented, and maintained processes for consultation and participation of workers at all applicable levels and functions. Worker representatives are involved in the development, planning, implementation, evaluation, and actions for improving the performance of the occupational health and safety management system.

Our company has:

  1. Identified hazards, assessment and control of OHS risks as part of the OHS strategic plan is carried out by competent personnel;
  2. Developed an OHS strategic plan at a minimum based on initial reviews, hazard identification, assessment, risk control and regulations, as well as other OHS information from both within and outside the company;
  3. Taken actions to prevent and mitigate the consequences of emergency situations in accordance with the severity of the emergency and the potential impact on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS);
  4. Implemented regular monitoring and measurement of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) performance to ensure there are no deviations from the regulations or requirements;
  5. Provided mechanisms, time, training, and resources necessary for consultation and participation;
  6. Provided appropriate access to clear, understandable and relevant information about the occupational health and safety management system;
  7. Socialized and introduced OHS criteria for procurement and contractual requirements.
  8. Determine the competencies required for workers that can affect OHS performance and ensures that competent workers (including the ability to identify hazards based on education, training, or experience).
  9. Formed a P2K3 (Occupational Safety and Health Committee) in accordance with regulations. The head of P2K3 is the top leader or management.

  11. Implemented internal and external audits, as well as certifying the OHS Management System based on ISO 45001:2018.
