Mr. Adrianto Machribie Reksohadiprodjo is a member of various professional organizations including the Board of Governors of the Indonesia Netherlands Association, the Board of Trustees of the United States Indonesia Society (USINDO), representative for Indonesian Business at the Asia Pacific Group Commission, Advisor to the Board of the Indonesia Mining Association (IMA), and Chairman of Indonesia, Spain and Portugal Committee at the Indonesian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (KADIN).
He is currently the President Director of PT Media Televisi Indonesia (Metro TV), a 24-hour Indonesian news channel. In November 2011, he was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Intrepid Mines Limited (IAU), which is an international precious metals development and exploration company with primary operations in Indonesia currently focusing on its flagship project known as Tujuh Bukit Project.
Mr. Machribie holds a master’s degree in Social Science from The Hague, Netherlands, and a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Indonesia. He became a member of the ANJ Board of Commissioners in July 1996 and the President Commissioner in September 2003. After his retirement as the CEO of PT Freeport Indonesia, he serves as Commissioner of PT Freeport Indonesia and is also the key Senior Advisor to the Office of the Chairman of the parent company of PT Freeport Indonesia, Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold.
Mr. George Santosa Tahija has served on the Board of Commissioners of ANJ since December 2012, after more than 20 years overseeing ANJ as the President Director.
Mr. Tahija serves as a member of the Board of Trustees, Darden School, University of Virginia, the Board of Supervisors of Endeavor Indonesia, Founder and Chairman of the Coral Triangle Center (CTC). Based in Bali, Indonesia, CTC is a foundation that provides field training to local stakeholders in specific marine protected areas shared among six nations. He is a founding member of PSKD Mandiri School, Jakarta, Indonesia, member of The Nature Conservancy (TNC) Indonesia Chapter Advisory Board and the TNC Asia Pacific Council, the Board of Trustees of the Asia Business Council (ABC), Global Executive MBA Advisory Board, the Darden School, University of Virginia, and the Young President’s Organization (YPO) Indonesia Chapter.
Mr. Tahija holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trisakti University, Indonesia, and an MBA from the Darden School, University of Virginia, USA.
Dr. Sjakon George Tahija has served on the Board of Commissioners of ANJ since the group was established in 1985. He is a practicing Vitreoretinal Consultant and Founder of Klinik Mata Nusantara, a national chain of eye-clinics in Indonesia, where he also serves as the Chairman of the Medical Advisory Board.
Dr. Tahija graduated from the University of Indonesia in 1980 with a bachelor’s degree in medicine.
Mr. Wahyuhadi was the Corporate Services Director of ANJ from 1997 to 2005 and became a Commissioner of ANJ in January 2006. He also currently serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners or Board of Directors of a number of ANJ’s subsidiaries. Mr. Wahyuhadi has served as a board member of a number of national and multinational companies in Indonesia.
Mr. Wahyuhadi holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga, Indonesia. He is active in philanthropy activities and is currently a member of the Board of Advisors of the Tahija Foundation.
Mr. Istama T. Siddharta became a member of the ANJ Board of Commissioners in July 2004. Prior to this, he was the Chairman of Siddharta Siddharta & Widjaja, which is the Indonesian affiliate of the international accounting firm KPMG.
Mr. Siddharta is a member of the Indonesian Accountants Association and holds a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia.
Mr. Josep Kristiadi joined the ANJ Board of Commissioners as an Independent Commissioner in March 1, 2012. He currently serves as the Secretary to the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Foundation and is also a visiting lecturer at Army Command and Staff College (SESKO), in Bandung. Prior to joining ANJ, Mr. Kristiadi has held various positions, including lecturer at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Atma Jaya University, lecturer at The National Defense Institute and Head of the Department of Politics, CSIS, Jakarta.
Mr. Kristiadi is also a columnist and analyst for various domestic and foreign media, particularly on political development, political transition, civil-military relations, security and constitutional reforms, local politics and other general political issues. Mr. Kristiadi obtained a PhD in Political Science from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 1995.
Dr. Darwin Cyril Noerhadi currently is the President Director of PT Creador and the Senior Managing Director of Creador, a regional private equity investing in consumer oriented sectors in Indonesia, Malaysia and India; as well as the Independent President Commissioner of PT Mandiri Sekuritas. Previously, he was, among others, the President Director of PT Kliring Deposit Efek Indonesia (1993-1996), the President Director of PT Bursa Efek Jakarta (1996-1999) and the Chief Financial Officer of PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. (2005-2011).
Dr. Noerhadi graduated from the Technology Institute of Bandung with a Bachelor degree and from University of Houston, USA with a MBA degree. He obtained his PhD. in strategic management from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Indonesia.
