ANJ ACCEPTS FAKRI KARIM’S RESIGNATION AND APPOINTS NUNIK MAHARANI AS SUSTAINABILITY DIRECTOR

Jakarta, April 1, 2021 – Fakri Karim, Sustainability Director of PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk. (ANJ), has tendered his resignation effective 1 April 2021. Fakri was appointed as Sustainability Director of ANJ in May 2019 after previously working with the United Nations agencies championing on climate change and sustainable development issues at the global, regional, and national levels.
The responsibility for sustainability matters will be merged with the Corporate Communications and held by Nunik Maharani Maulana, currently a Director in ANJ Group subsidiaries. Nunik directly reports to the President Director of ANJ.
Nunik joined ANJ in 2016 and has brought with her a wealth of experience in communications and sustainability. Before joining ANJ, her career spans both in corporations and consultancies, and has filled various senior management positions in mining as well as oil and gas multi-national companies. In community service, she served on the National Board of Indonesia Junior Achievement, a non-profit organization that encourages young entrepreneurship, and is a board member of Indonesia Business Links, a non-profit organization that promotes corporate social responsibility.
Istini Tatiek Siddharta, President Director of ANJ, expressed her appreciation for Fakri’s involvement at ANJ. “We are grateful for Pak Fakri’s contribution to further develop sustainability at ANJ in the last two years. We wish Pak Fakri all the best in his future endeavors and congratulate Ibu Nunik for her new responsibilities”, she added.
Sustainability is a core concern at ANJ as it is ingrained in the Company’s vision to be a world class agribusiness-based food company that elevates the lives of people and nature. Recently, ANJ Group’s commitment in implementing responsible development and sustainability principles has drawn praise and recognition, such as the “Platinum” rating from the Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASRRAT) 2020 and the Gold PROPER award for the period of 2019/2020 from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia for its outstanding environmental and social performance of its Belitung operation.

(ANJ) kembali menyelenggarakan kegiatan Safari Ramadan di Dusun Binasari, Lingkungan Labalasiak dan Lingkungan Janji Matogu, Kelurahan Pardomuan, Kecamatan Angkola Selatan, Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan, Sumatera Utara. Rangkaian kegiatan Safari Ramadan 1445 Hijriah berlangsung di mesjid Masjid Al-Hidayah Janjimatogu pada tanggal dan Mesjid Al-Falah Binasari 26 dan 28 Maret 2024.
KAL GELAR SAFARI RAMADAN DAN BUKA BERSAMA DI MATAN HILIR UTARA

Kegiatan tersebut meliputi buka bersama dengan masyarakat dan Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Kecamatan (Forkopimcam), serta penyaluran donasi pada Rabu (27/03).
